Der Yachtclub Sant Feliu de Gu\u00edxols nimmt im Jahr 2024 eine neue Ruderaktivit\u00e4t mit der Vision auf, aufgrund der Funktionalit\u00e4t und Attraktivit\u00e4t unserer Einrichtungen und vor allem der Professionalit\u00e4t und der engen und individuellen Behandlung, die unser Personal allen Mitgliedern und Nutzern bietet, ein Ma\u00dfstab f\u00fcr den Rudersport in Katalonien zu werden.<\/p>\n

Die Bootstypen, die wir verwenden, sind mediterrane Lla\u00fct und Batel, die feste Bankboote sind. Die Rudertechnik wird mit gleichzeitiger Streckung der Beine und des K\u00f6rpers und anschlie\u00dfender Beugung der Arme ausgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

      Das Sportrad ist ideal f\u00fcr all jene Menschen, die in die Welt des Ruderns einsteigen<\/strong> m\u00f6chten, oder die schon einmal gerudert sind, aber nicht an Wettk\u00e4mpfen teilnehmen m\u00f6chten. Im Laufe der Woche machen sie verschiedene Ausfl\u00fcge in Llagut Catal\u00e0, um das Meer zu genie\u00dfen und entlang unserer K\u00fcste zu segeln. Wenn der katalanische Ruderverband nicht an offiziellen Regatten teilnimmt, bedeutet das nat\u00fcrlich nicht, dass er nicht zusammen mit anderen Vereinen in Katalonien an Volksveranstaltungen oder Regatten von sozialem Interesse teilnimmt.<\/p>\n

      Diese Rubrik umfasst Menschen jeden Alters und jeder Klasse, die als Team arbeiten, aufs Meer hinausfahren und Sport treiben wollen. Ihr Lernwille ist ein Beispiel f\u00fcr die Wettkampfkategorien, die oft Hand in Hand gehen, da junge Ruderer sie bei ihrer Ausbildung zum Steuer begleiten und miteinander kooperieren, einige sich in die Lage der Steuerm\u00e4nner ihres Teams versetzen und die anderen eine Person haben, die ihnen hilft und ihre Technik im Wasser korrigiert.<\/p>\n
