The port of Sant Feliu de Guíxols hosted this Monday the kick-off of the Volta Ciclista a Catalunya 2024, a worldwide sporting event that has put the Port Ganxó in the spotlight. The event was broadcast on television to 190 countries and brought more than 4,000 people to the city to watch the first swords of world cycling compete.
The port has become the meeting point for teams and cyclists from 11:00 a.m. for signature control. It was at 12:25 p.m. when the competition kicked off.
The 103rd Volta Ciclista a Catalunya has raised great expectation also in situ, creating a great atmosphere around the Club Nàutic Sant Feliu.
