Restaurant - El Tinglado Museum Space
Bar, restaurant and tapas in Sant Feliu de Guíxols
The Tinglado, annexed to the Yacht Club, is a point of exchange between the different sports, recreational and tourist activities offered by the city of Sant Feliu de Guíxols.
Currently, the building of the old Tinglado is the interpretation point of the “Green Cycle Route” (via verde) of the Carrilet that connects Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Girona.
Around the facilities, the club’s current nautical services area, boats and the crane will move towards the spaces that until now were intended for dinghy sailing and, in turn, the sailing area will be located in front of the new terrace, which will guarantee a more pleasant environment for visitors and with a better view of the port.
Nomo Nautical Restaurant
Japanese cuisine in the port of Sant Feliu de Guíxols
Nomo Nàutic: Japanese restaurant located in the representative seaport of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, with stunning views of the entire bay.
The Nomo Nàutic has a restaurant area and a pleasant chill out area where you can enjoy a cocktail menu before or after dinner.
The gastronomic proposal is based on the experience of Nomo restaurants, with a representation of their best and most recent creations by executive chef Naoyuki Hanoya.
Grupo Nomo: a philosophy of life
The company Grupo Nomo was born from the illusion of a family of young entrepreneurs who in 2007 decided to create a new concept of Japanese restaurants: thus opening the Nomo Restaurant. A fresh and innovative concept; different from the one that existed until now.
Currently, the Group is a reference point in the world of Japanese gastronomy. Its maximum is to offer the best of Japanese gastronomic culture but making use of the best products of our land.
Naoyuki Hanoya as the executive and creative chef
Naoyuki Hanoya is the executive and creative chef of the restaurants. He was born in a village near Tokyo, where he aroused his passion for gastronomy. In Spain he says he has found the perfect balance, as he can mix his Japanese culinary knowledge with the best products of our land. Its maximum is to use the best product, preferably seasonal and not mask it, surprising the customer with the natural flavor of food. As he says: “a dish you can’t remember its flavor of, it’s not a dish.”
Grupo Nomo also stands out for its marked social character, collaborating with different institutions and charities, such as the Obra Social de Sant Joan de Déu.
It also has a sustainability policy that is reflected in products from its menu such as sustainable fishing, or in the use of packaging in its 100% biodegradable take away line.
