High participation

In total this year , 44 children participated during the three days of the course and 18 have been left out due to high participation. As in all previous editions, children have enjoyed three days of fishing from a boat in the waters of the coast of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, specifically in the area between Cala Vigatà and Punta d’en Bosc. During school they have learned basic notions of fishing, the species of our coastline, have made new friends and have gone by boat.

As usual, the first two days children have started fishing from a boat, learning the basic assemblies and bait to use. On the third day, a contest was held where all the children were awarded and a brotherhood snack was held.

The Summer Fishing School would not have been possible without the members of the Sports Association of Sant Feliu de Guíxols who have ceded their boats and have participated as patrons and monitors in order to ensure that all children enjoy sports fishing during the three days.
