The Club Nàutic Sant Feliu de Guíxols has a new automatic external defibrillator (AED) at the entrance of the building. The lifeguard has been donated by the Philips company and should allow anyone suffering from cardiac arrest to be treated quickly.
The defibrillator was inaugurated this Friday by the mayor of Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Carles Motas, the president of the Yacht Club, Albert Rosés, and the vice president of the entity, Frederic Martínez (photo from left to right).
Available to citizens
Despite being on the Club’s premises, the device is available to the public of Ganxona and anyone who needs it can make use of it.
